Quartz sand filter is a pressure filter, refined quartz sand filled in the filter when the water from top to bottom when flow through the filter layer, suspended solids and viscose mass particles are removed, thus the turbidityof the water reduced. It mainly used for water treatment in addition to the pre-cloud, dematerialized water,electro dialysis, reverse osmosis preceding stage pretreatment, also in surface water, groundwater, etc. It can also be effective used to remove suspended solids, organics, colloids, sediment.









It can be widely used in power electronics, petrochemical, metallurgy, electroplating, paper making, textile, pharmaceutical and dialysis, food, drinks, drinking water, factories and enterprises in water, swimming pool, etc. To meet the liquid filtration needs of various industries.

 

Sand filter can be designed  manual or automatic-type. Manually type valve adjustment to control the operation of the filter to wash, backwash; automatic type PCL control cabinet to control the opening and closing electric valves, run the filter, to control the state such as conventional well flushing, back flushing. Materialof tank can be divided into carbon steel tanks, stainless steel tanks, can also be produced according to users' requirements.
